Armored bras, armored pants and magical thongs - no immediately) I don’t even test them.
Yes, I’m not yet testing what is added through the console.
Attention!! Before installing mods, read this post. I'm serious.

1) Kits :
Assassin's Set Set for the Rogue. Comes by itself, on the previous owner)
Wings of Velvet and Green Sonata Stylish and suitable set for a magician - clothes, staff, accessories. They appear in the inventory or in the camp, at the merchant Bodan, depending on which version you install.
Phoenix Arsenal A beautiful set for girls of any race. Three types of armor (easy option um... very easy), blades, bows. Blades and bows for everyone). They appear - some from the Quartermaster in Ostagar, some in the chest, the key to which is given by the deserter, and also from Bodan/Uriah (from the Awakening).
Set of Daughters of Mythal
Bow and armor, armor only for girls (any race), bow for everyone. Despite some eye-catching colors, unexpectedly good things. Once connected, the kit will appear in your inventory.
http://modgames.net/load/75-1-0-911 Armor for a male elf, bow for everyone. A brother of the previous mod, but less eye-popping.
Installation. The archive contains 2 folders "Armor" and "Bow".
a) "Bow". The Scorching_Wrath_Of_Elgarnan_1_03-812 file will add the bow to the inventory, the Scorching_Wrath_Of_Elgarnan_1_03-812_vendor file will add the bow to Bodan’s store.
b) In the “Armor” folder there are 3 additional folders, according to the color of the armor, select the desired color and put one of the files, the usual one will add the armor to the inventory, the one that is “vendor” - to Bodan.
Runic Armor of the Gray Wardens An interesting set for a warrior. Three shields, armor, a two-handed sword, three long swords.
The archive contains two files: one for Awakening, the other for the main campaign. Both should be installed, even if you only play Awakening. One file is enough for the main campaign.
Armor and Blades of the Bloody Angel A set for a warrior/battle mage, catchy, pretentious and somewhat cheating, but many people like it. Once connected, the kit will appear in your inventory.
Shadow Assassin Set Attractive dark armor, a little in the style of Assassin's Creed (alas, only for people, men and women), four daggers. There are two options for adding a set. The "Armor of Assasin" file will add the set to the inventory, "Armor of Assasin" vendor" will add it to Bodan's store.
Weapon set "Glory to the Griffin" (very large set) There is: a shield, a helmet, an axe, a sword, a one-handed hammer, a two-handed sword, a two-handed hammer, two daggers, paired hatchets, two bows and a staff. The stats are normal. Appearance... specific. I've seen reactions ranging from "ewww" to "wow", so look at the screenshots and think (personally, I really like the shield and daggers, just for the look) There are two options for adding a kit. The "Glory of Griffon" file will add the kit to your inventory, the "Glory of Griffon vendor" file will add it to Bodan's store.
Morozik75 generally has very high quality mods. And very frequently updated)

2) Personalized kits
Song of the Rose. A very beautiful and suitable set for Leliana (everything is included, accessories, armor, a bow, a couple of daggers). Once connected, the kit will appear in your inventory.
Stan's Helmet A pair of swords, a shield and a very specific helmet for Stan. In principle, anyone can use a one-handed weapon and a shield. There are two options for adding. The file "Stens Helmet 1.2" will add items to the inventory, "Stens Helmet vendor 1.2" will add items to Bodan's store.
Stan's Armor This is included with the Helmet. Appear in a chest in the Church of Lothering.

3) Only armor.

Dragon Age: Origins has a fairly extensive array of weapons and armor. Among ordinary swords you can find unique ones, and among simple armor sets that ultimately give good bonuses. Hotel items themselves have their own features, but we'll talk about the bonus for everything together and where you can find it.

Dragon age: Origins light armor:

— Dalish leather armor. You can find it in the Dalish camp by purchasing it from Varathorn. By putting the set together you will receive +5 to defense;.
— Patchwork leather armor. The entire set is sold in Orzammar by two merchants - Legnar and Alimar. When fully assembled, you get +5 to armor;
— A set of leather armor. It can drop randomly anywhere and is sold by many merchants in the game. Gives you -5 to fatigue;
— Studded leather armor. They also drop out in any location in the game or can be bought from merchants. Add +1 to defense. In addition, you can buy it in a special coloring;
— Wade's dragon skin armor. Made by Master Wade on a quest if you bring him dragon scales. Can give you -10 fatigue;
- Wade's superb dragon skin armor. Can be obtained if you bring additional dragon scales when completing the above quest.

Now let's see what we can find from medium-heavy armor:

— Chain armor. The complete set can be found anywhere in the world or purchased from merchants. As a bonus, it gives you -2.5% to fatigue;
- Scale armor. You can find it or buy it in parts. Owen has the complete set in Redcliffe. Provides a 4.5 bonus to reflecting ranged attacks;
— Plate armor. In addition to the fact that they can be found in the world or bought in pieces, they can also be purchased from the Quartermaster at Ostagar or by visiting Wade in Denerim. Adds a total of +1 to armor;
- Dwarven armor. Armor can be picked up at locations in Orzammar and deep paths, or bought from Gorim in the districts of Denerim. Here, too, +1 armor;
- Ancient elven. You can pick up parts in Lothering, the Brecilian Forest and the ruined temple. In a compartment they give +5 to the protection indicator;
— Wade's dragon scale armor. Everything is not so simple here - if you pay Wade at least once for work on the armor, you will receive some armor, if you don’t pay, you will receive others, if you bring more scales, you will receive third ones. Some give -25% to fatigue, others also give 5 defense, and others -10% to fatigue and the same amount to defense.

Dragon age: Origins heavy armor:

- Armor of zeal. Purchased from Owen in Redcliffe and also collected at the Ruined Temple and Orzammar Guardians locations. The full set gives +5 to willpower;
- Ceremonial armor. Can be purchased from cultists in Lake Calenhad. Will give you a +6 chance to repel attacks at a distance;
-Heavy dwarven armor. You can find them in Denerim from Gorim, or go to Orzammar and buy them at the Janar Weaponsmiths. Will add +1 to armor;
- Heavy chain mail armor. You can find them throughout the game or buy them in parts from different merchants. There is also a chance of falling from the Bandit Leader during the quest Bandits Everywhere. The last place where you can buy it is the merchant from Soldier's Peak. Gives -3 to fatigue;
- Wade's Dragonscale Armor. You can get it if you never pay Wade for two sets and bring the scales of a high dragon. Provides a -20% bonus to fatigue;
- Wade's superior dragon scale armor. If you pay for at least one set of the first two and then bring scales from a high dragon, you will receive this set.

These are all the armor sets that you can get in D ragon Age: Origins. We also suggest that you read the article in which you will find the game.

Today in the world of computer games there are only a few projects that are incredibly successful. Series such as The Elder Scrolls or Mass Effect are known even to those users who are not very keen on this genre. Also worth highlighting is the Dragon Age series, which offers gamers the deepest immersion into a superbly crafted game world. In it you will find a wide variety of enemies and allies with unusual abilities, as well as various sets of armor, weapons and other items that you can use in the future. In this article we will talk about what kind of armor there is in Dragon Age, using the example of the most popular game in the series - Origins.

Light armor

Naturally, your character can play through the entire game in a shirt or in a robe if he chooses the path of a magician. However, in most cases, heroes need armor in Dragon Age. And even if you are not going to make a warrior out of your character, you may need at least a light set, since it can protect you from small damage, will not hamper your movements, and will also allow you not to invest in characteristics you don’t need, because in order to wear heavy ones armor, you need to pump up your strength. Why does a magician or archer need high strength indicators? In this game, the best leather armor is considered to be Wade's dragon skin armor. They are capable of reflecting almost thirteen units of damage, while giving you good resistance to fire. And if they are also excellent, then your resistance is doubled, and you also get additional units of agility. However, note that armor in Dragon Age is not limited to what the original version of the game offers you: the Awakening expansion, for example, adds new armor sets to the game.

Light armor in "Awakening"

This add-on adds several light armor at once - in Dragon Age the armor is already varied, but in this case you get access to much more powerful models. For example, you can get Blackblade armor, which gives your character a huge number of different bonuses, while providing protection much more solid than ordinary, even the best light armor. Accordingly, it is recommended to install the “Awakening” add-on, since in this case you can get more pleasure from the search, as well as from using different armor options. Dragon Age: Inquisition doesn't have as much variety in armor, but this episode of the game was released just recently, so you can expect additions that will expand your capabilities in the near future.

Medium armor

In Dragon Age, the best armor is the one that suits your character perfectly. After all, each type has its own special characteristics, so armor that has only one, but very important bonus for you, may be better for you than another armor that will have a dozen bonuses that are useless for your hero. For example, if we talk about medium armor, then, in fact, they provide only actual protection, since their bonus is a small minus to fatigue. But ancient elven armor, although it has a lower protection rate, still adds agility, physique, resistance to magic, and a chance to repel an attacking spell to your hero. In general, you need to make your choice wisely. Naturally, there are armor mods in Dragon Age: Origins, which can add even more options to the game, but it’s still worth considering the classic models, as well as those that appear when installing the official add-on.

Medium armor in "Awakening"

In Dragon Age: Inquisition, the best armor is naturally found among the original options. However, if we talk about Origins, here the models from the add-on still have an advantage over the original models - in most cases they have better protection indicators, as well as a more extensive effect of bonuses. As an example, you can take one of the best examples of medium armor from the add-on - the armor of the legionnaire-reconnaissance. She has almost 18 points of defense, but at the same time she also adds points of agility, endurance and attack to your character. It is also worth noting that this armor reduces the character's resistance to cold due to the fact that it simultaneously increases resistance to fire. This is pretty high-quality armor in Dragon Age - the armor of the gray guards, of course, is much more impressive, but among the average sets you are unlikely to find better.

Heavy armor

If we talk about heavy armor, then here you definitely need to pay attention to the ceremonial armor, as it guarantees you a fairly high level of protection. But that’s not all - you will also receive a number of bonuses from use, and only one negative among them will be the loss of three defense points. But you will gain psychological resistance to spells, and also increase your chances of repelling an attack from a long distance.

Heavy armor in "Awakening"

Installing the "Awakening" add-on guarantees a gamer who has chosen the path of a warrior or any other class that uses heavy armor a very good addition to his armor collection. The fact is that you will have access to the Stormrunner armor, which is considered one of the most powerful in the game. Its protection rate is almost twice that of the ceremonial armor that was described earlier. But if that armor gave you only a couple of bonuses and even imposed one penalty, then in this case everything is much more impressive. You get an increase in armor, agility, defense, and also greatly increase your resistance to electricity spells. Moreover, when wearing this armor, your stamina in battle is restored much faster. As you can see, this armor can bring you a lot of usefulness on the battlefield, so you should definitely find it in the Vigil Tower of Turnoblov Manor.

Massive armor

In most RPGs, armor ends at heavy, but in Dragon Age things are a little different. The fact is that there is another section here, which is called “massive armor”. These are the heaviest and most powerful samples, which require an incredibly high level of strength, but also protect you from an impressive amount of damage. For example, the Legion of the Dead armor has a defense value of almost 32 units - for comparison, the previous armor, which is one of the most powerful in the game, only has about 27 units. But this protection indicator does not remain “naked”, that is, you also receive several bonuses. Among them is an increase in protection indicators, and when collecting a full set of armor, there is also a decrease in the level of fatigue, which is very important in the case of massive armor.

Massive armor from "Awakening"

Well, it's time to talk about the most powerful armor existing in the game. As you can already understand, to access it you will need the Awakening add-on - once you install it, you will have two options for obtaining this armor. You can kill the First in the Shadows of the Black Swamps quest, and you can also get it in a chest after the Rip in the Veil quest. Why is this armor so good? First of all, it has the maximum protection rate among all other types of armor - 39 units. It has three holes for inserting enchanted stones, but even without them, this armor guarantees you some pretty good bonuses. You will receive an increase in physique, health will be restored faster in battle, you will also have an increase in almost all primary and secondary skills, you will get a chance to dodge projectiles fired from a distance, as well as a certain level of resistance and an increase in the chance of dealing critical damage. This is the kind of armor you can get in the game, and then you definitely won’t need other models.

Armor mods

As you can see, there is an incredibly huge variety of different armor in this game. However, gamers create modifications that allow you to expand your range even further. Naturally, these are unofficial mods, so you can safely ignore them if you already have enough armor. However, for example, in the case of Dragon Age 2, armor mods can come in handy, since there are not as many types there as in Origins.
